P Sridharan Completed his BSC (1991-1994) and MBA (1994-1996) from Madras University. He Joined Shriram Group as Executive Trainee in 1996. Sridharan grew with the organization and at present working as Joint Managing Director of Shriram Finance Limited, Focusing on Strategic Initiatives and Digitization. He was Chairman of South India Hire Purchase Association in 2010-2011.
